Are you a fan of exotic cars? How about Ferraris in particular? If you are, then you’re going to love their official game: Ferrari Virtual Race.
We should get one thing clear right off the bat, though. Ferrari Virtual Race is a very limited game, with only one racetrack to choose from (the Mugello track), and only three racecars available to drive in (the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, the 599 Fiorano and the 612 Scaglietti). But if you are a big fan of any of these three models, then you’re going to really enjoy this game despite the limitations.
Ferrari Virtual Race is quite simple. You’ve got your brakes and accelerator in the foreground of the screen. The car will get damaged if you hit other cars, fences, or any other objects while racing, and you’ll be penalized if you spend too much time off of the race track, etc.
However, the graphics and sound leave a lot to be desired, with low quality images and very artificial sound effects. But considering it’s a completely free game, there are worse ways you could spend your afternoon than racing one of the hottest Ferrari models around the Mugello race track.
